To start, what inspires you most in life, and how do you translate that inspiration into your music?
For me, music has always been a way to express myself and release what I carry inside. Whether I’m going through tough times or the best moments of my life, music is my channel. What motivates me most is being 100% myself, exploring a unique sound, and crafting an identity that truly represents me, without confining myself to a specific genre. I always create music based on my mantra: music for the body, soul & mind.

In an increasingly broad and saturated electronic music landscape, how do you build your sonic identity without limiting yourself to a single genre or label?
It’s not something I plan strategically; I simply let myself go and flow. What comes from within me—that’s who I am. My sound ranges between house and techno, guided by the principles of music for the body, soul & mind. The tracks are deep, hypnotic, introspective, and avant-garde: they don’t just make you dance—they nourish the soul and stimulate the mind. That’s me.

Many artists speak of music as an emotional or even spiritual tool. What role does the connection between body, mind, and soul play in your production process and in your experience as a listener?
Completely. Music is 100% emotional. It’s a tool we all turn to in different moments of life and a perfect way to connect people beyond language or culture. You can play your music in Colombia, the United States, Thailand, China, or India, and the connection with the audience always happens. Music unites us.

How does your creative process in the studio work? Do you work from absolute intuition, or is there room for structure and technique within that freedom?
I work from absolute intuition. In the past, I tried making tracks with a defined plan and steps, but for me, music isn’t about that. I am a channel to transmit what I feel. I prefer to flow, play, and connect. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t—but when it does, the magic that happens in the studio is incredible.

Electronic music is constantly evolving, both sonically and culturally. How do you perceive the current state of electronic music and your place within it?
I love where electronic music is right now. There are countless styles; it has become mainstream, yet still maintains its underground spaces. Professionalization has created many opportunities. We are in a sweet spot to reach new audiences, and artists with a unique sonic identity, like me, can carve out their space in the industry.

Finally, for those who follow you or are discovering you for the first time, is there a recent project or track you’d like them to know about?
2025 has been an incredible year with numerous high-quality releases. For 2026, my goal is to establish Saporta’s own sound. The first release will drop on January 9th, 2026 via my label Etern Records—a single called Open Your Eyes.

This track moves between melodic techno, minimal techno, and hypnotic techno, playing between the underground and the mainstream. It’s a perfect introduction to Saporta, inviting listeners to explore a deeper, more introspective catalog.
