REVIEW: FATÏA – RED MOON EP (DHB)

719

FATÏA debuts on DHB with a new single that gets some fine remix treatment from TRIBU, NICKO///// and Kosinski. This is a tasteful package from the off, with Red Moon kicking off with nice thoughtful chords and melodies draped over warm mid tempo drums. It’s something to get you in a thoughtful mind space and keep you there. The first remix from TRIBU is lit up with more upbeat, upright kicks and brighter chords that are more summery than melancholic. NICKO///// remixes with an even darker mood, one that takes you into the late night hours and keeps you spell bound with its lush chords. Kosinski is the last man to step up and again flips the script, this time going for an edgy and cosmic feeling tune with wide open grooves and heady vibes. Great stuff.
