Brussels – August 14, 2021 – In collaboration with Labyrinth Large, Hangar presents Amélie Lens for an exclusive five-hour dj set in front of the Atomium. From 12 to 10 p.m., this eagerly awaited event will mark the end of the sanitary crisis for the Belgian cultural sector.
On August 14, 2021, Hangar is teaming up with Labyrinth Large for their first respective public event since the health crisis of 2020. A comeback that presents Belgian DJ Amélie Lens for an exclusive five-hour set. This event marks the end of the sanitary crisis in Belgium for the cultural sector, since it is one of the first standing gatherings authorized without distancing.
It is also a key date for Amélie Lens, who like all her peers has been strongly affected by the COVID19 crisis. This eagerly awaited comeback will be her first event in Belgium since 2020 and it is on this same occasion that Amélie invites artists of her music label Lenske: with two b2Bs between Milo Spykers & Ahl Iver followed by AIROD & Farrago who will open for Amélie.
The event will take place on Saturday August 14 from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. in front of the Atomium at Arena 5, a new open-air concert area ready from July 22, 2021 on the Place de Belgique in Brussels (Heysel). This ephemeral place will see a series of concerts and events organized in accordance with the health protocols until September.
