August 2026, Singapore – Triangle Group, Asia-Pacific’s only regionally-focused live touring and festivals platform, has raised US$15 million (US$10M equity seed round led by DSG Consumer Partners, plus US$5M venture debt from Genesis Alternative Ventures). It’s the largest institutional investment in Asia’s experience economy by a homegrown operator.
Headquartered in Singapore, Triangle operates across Asia-Pacific with on-the-ground teams spanning Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Unlike global players expanding their footprint, Triangle exists to unlock a larger piece of the regional pie by making it genuinely easier to tour Asia.
Here’s what Triangle actually does: they take the chaos out of touring Asia.
The Problem They Solve
For mid-tier artists with real Asian fanbases, touring the region has always been a nightmare. Local promoters are brilliant—they know their city, their audience, their scene. But they can only offer one show in one city. Fly halfway around the world for a single night? The math doesn’t work. So the tours don’t happen, and both artists and fans miss out.
While global players claim to offer end-to-end regional solutions, they operate from a global template. Triangle is different. Built by regional veterans and focused exclusively on Asia-Pacific, Triangle understands the operational nuances of each individual market—visa rules, tax systems, purchasing power, languages, cultures in ways a global operator simply cannot.
“Every city in Asia is completely different,” explains co-founder Zaran Vachha. “When we send a proposal to a London agent, they’re dealing with one counterparty who actually knows Jakarta, Manila, and Melbourne.”
That regional expertise, combined with the network and operating capability to offer unified routing, is what makes Triangle’s approach distinct. They’re not trying to add another set of countries to a global footprint. They’re making it easier to tour one region—and expanding the opportunities available within it.
Triangle Group
Zaran Vachha spent two decades building touring circuits across Asia, working with everyone from Pharrell Williams to underground electronic acts. He’s driven by a deep belief in the communal power of live culture and a determination to build the infrastructure the region lacked.
Greg Hargrave is an Australian entrepreneur with fintech and ASX-listed company CEO experience—the systems-and-scale thinker to Vachha’s artist-and-audience instinct.
Matthew Qi-Tao, Chief Financial Officer of Triangle, is known for guiding businesses to profitability through disciplined governance and operational rigor. He provides the financial backbone Triangle needs as it consolidates a fragmented touring industry, integrates ticketing and fan data, and pursues roll-up opportunities across promoters and markets at scale.
Major Industry Validation
Joining the team as Executive Director and Operating Partner is Roger Field, former President of Live Nation Asia Pacific and CEO of Live Nation Australia & New Zealand.
“Running Live Nation across this region taught me one thing: Asia-Pacific doesn’t need a global template; it needs an operator who understands every market individually,” Field explains. “That’s the business we’re building at Triangle—applying global standards with a regional focus. There’s a larger piece of the pie we can claim by making it genuinely easier to tour the region.”
After spending one year as an advisor and investor, Field has committed to the role full-time—a significant endorsement from one of the live entertainment industry’s most respected operators and proof that a regionally-focused approach is precisely what the market needs.
Why Now Matters
Asia-Pacific’s live entertainment market is projected to reach $75 billion by 2033. Nearly 60% of the world’s Gen Z already live here. By 2035, APAC will account for almost two-thirds of the world’s middle class.
There’s also a nostalgia play: 30-50 year-olds with spending power want to see the bands they grew up with—artists who were never on Asia’s tour map because the infrastructure didn’t exist.
