Hey Kirsty, lets talk about how you got into Gabber? It was huge in the 90’s – what was it about the sound that made you want to play and produce it?
I’ve always loved playing fast and intense music, even before I properly discovered Gabber. There’s something really emotional about Gabber underneath all the ‘aggression’. It’s raw, unapologetic and completely freeing. Alongside the heavy kicks and high energy, the community was something I fell in love with instantly. You don’t go to hardcore events to stand still and look cool, you go to fully let go. That energy made me want to start DJing it, and eventually producing my own tracks so I could create that same feeling for other people.

Why do you think it’s now having a resurgence?
Social media definitely has a huge part in helping younger ravers around the world discover old-school Hardcore culture and sound from the 90s and early 2000s, so there’s a whole new generation connecting with it. Even my younger brothers friends listen to my stuff, and I think its cool as fuck because in my teen years which wasn’t very long ago, I wasn’t even aware hardcore was a thing. I just had whatever techno and donk songs I could find on Soundcloud at the time.
You are a new name on the scene, what are your artist goals for 2026?
Sky is the limit. Even if it sounds completely different astronomical right now, to play Thunderdome would be at the very top of my manifestation board right now. I’m focused on releasing a lot more original music, growing internationally, and keep pushing gabber.
What have you found to be the most challenging things about breaking into the music industry so far?
The pressure to consistently be creating new content and essentially be an influencer almost on top of everything else. I just want to make and play music. But unfortunately in todays world that’s not enough so you gotta do what you gotta do. That’s why I keep my social media very open and light-hearted. I never want to take away from the music.

You have some massive shows for XXL in Malta, Second Speed Festival., Hardcore in Manchester and a 3-date tour in Asia. Do you feel these shows really help to break your career and if so, how?
Definitely. Its honestly dreams actively coming true. I’m all about connecting with crowds and to have the opportunity to do so now globally is insane. In Hardcore especially, energy means everything, so once people see you perform live, they understand what you’re about much more clearly. International bookings also help build open doors to new opportunities, collaborations and audiences. For me, the Asia tour is especially exciting because it shows how global the Hardcore scene really is becoming.
You said you want your style to be seen as expressionism, and to encourage other women to feel like they can be loud and passionate. Do you feel women are scared to be this way in today’s society?
I think a lot of women are still conditioned to make themselves smaller or quieter to be accepted, especially online where people are so quick to judge. In all music genres, women can sometimes feel pressure to either soften themselves or constantly prove they belong there. I want to challenge that completely. I think being loud, emotional, passionate and intense should never be seen as a negative thing. Expression is powerful, and I want people especially those part of FLINTA to feel confident taking up space and being fully themselves without apology.
What is one dream collaboration on your hit list and why?
Gosh if I had to chance to collaborate with Neophyte I would carry a pocket full of sunshine around for life. There is no set of mine you won’t hear a Neophyte tune be played. He’s one of the artists who helped define Hardcore for an entire generation, and his music has that perfect balance of nostalgia and power. Working with someone who had such a huge influence on the scene would be incredible creatively and personally. He is also such a lovely person. I had the honor to share a line up with him at Gabber Industries Berlin. Truly an icon.
Finally, when and where can we expect your next release?
My next release will be out July 1st. It is a collaboration GO$PEL on his new EP. Really excited for this release its my first collab release. We had a lot of fun merging both of our sounds together he is insanely talented I am buzzing to test the track out in Malta and the rest of my shows in the UK and Scotland for the rest of the month.
